ArcGIS Elevation SOE for 10.3.1

Hi everyone,

I have an SOE for elevation working fine for 10.1, does this SOE (10.1) will work on 10.3.1? if not, can anyone provide with the updated version?

I used esri released version for 10.1 since its developed and published in 2013.

I would with the people who developed the SOE for 10.1 and see if they updated and/or tested at the 10.3.1 release.

Where did the 10.1 version come from?
