In Pro are we able to direct connect to database DBMS (ora , sql , postgres) with multiuser environment without ArcSDE ?

Note:ArcGIS Pro connects to enterprise geodatabases and enterprise databases (contains no geodatabase repository tables) on supported platforms, however, the contents of an enterprise database cannot be added to the Map at this time.
