Sharepoint 2010 Webpart - Feature content positioning

Hello,

Recently i have started supporting a SharePoint 2010 application that uses ArcGIS webpart.

One of the issues i am having is that the feature layer is showing up on the wrong spot on the map.

I would appreciate any input.
