Receive "Username or password invalid" When trying to sync Collector

Hi,

I'm trying to sync data from one of our staffs IPad that has been collected offline. I constantly receive the following message: "Username or password invalid. Enter valid credential for map layer "https://www.arcgis.com" Although I use the correct log-in. I have no problem to log-in but I can not sync the collected data.

Any thought?
