Since the graphics property of a graphics layer is an observablecollection, add a handler to the observablecollection's changed event for that graphics layer.AddHandler MyGraphicsLayer.Graphics.CollectionChanged, AddressOf MyGraphicsLayer_GraphicsCollectionChanged
