Capture photos with Collector without ArcGIS 10.2

Morning Everyone,

Hope someone can give me some pointers. I am testing the Collector app on Android and Ipad at the moment. All works well with editing and capturing points and attributes. I want to add photo's to my points during capturing. I have looked at the documentation and it seems to be easy in ArcGIS 10.2, I am only using 10.0. What would be the right way to get this working without the "save as service" option in 10.2?

In ArcGIS online go to the page of the feature service and enable attachments. I attached a screenshot to this reply
