Proxy with analysis digit

Question

Hi,

In the example below, a proxy file is used and it is able to skip user signin step:

I am trying to use the same proxy file for Summarize Nearby analysis widget, so that user does not need to sign in,

http://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/samples/analysis_summarizenearby/

However, the sign in window always shows up using the same Proxy file.

Has anybody successfully used proxy and app login to integrate the following analysis widget,

SummarizeNearby analysis digit, or CreateDriveTimeAreas analysis digit,

in your application?

From ESRI Inc.:

"Analysis tools need to be authenticated to determine user privilege ( Publisher, other analysis privilege) I don’t think this can be bypassed using s-proxy like in geonenrichment. "

We definitely need to know this reason behind....
