Domains and Portal for ArcGIS

Question

I have added a coded value domain using short integers to help users enter years quickly.  However, after publishing the service to portal and adding it to a web map I found that the drop-down list for the domains is now gone.  Has anyone else experienced this?

So, I was able to make it work. I changed the service from a "Shared Instance" to a "Dedicated Instance" and the domains showed up. Hoping this helps someone out there!

I'm having the exact same problem. Things I've tried with no success:

* Deleting the service and re-publishing
* Deleting the domain and recreating
* Changing the "Max Number of Coded Domains" value on the service to a higher number
* Adding another field and domain and publishing

Would love to hear if someone figures this out.
