Map Package not accessible even though its Public In ArcGIS Online

I have made my map package public but still its looking for a sign in in arcgis when i try it in different browser or incognito mode https://capeportal.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=9db9fc3ad0594fefa72798b71c0ff41e Need Help to resolve this Regards Madhusudan

Hi Madhusudan,

I'd say your ArcGIS Online has 'Allow anonymous access to your organization' disabled and that's why the link requires a sign in.

If you share the URL as https://arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=9db9fc3ad0594fefa72798b71c0ff41e without the 'capeportal.maps.' users will be able to access it fine.
