I've been using this @arcpaddevteam applet in ArcPad 10.2.2 on a desktop PC with plenty of disk space, and I am finding that it is not downloading the specified levels below the current level. I am using the ArcGIS Online WorldImagery. Has anyone else had this experience, and can anyone perhaps offer a fix?

A follow-up question...is this post from 2010 still a recommended workflow for ArcPad 10.2.2 and ArcMap 10.3.1, and would this be a good alternative to try? The ArcPad Team Blog: Basemap Image Tiles for ArcPad 10
