I'm trying to embed a local video in a pop-up for a hosted feature service in a web map. Is it possible?
I've got embed a video hosted on vimeo or youtube, but I would like to do the same thing from a video on my machine or from a NAS Storage.

I don't believe this is possible due to the limitation of linking to local files from a web page: html - The right way of setting when it's a local file - Stack Overflow
