Parks and Rec Finder : Search by Activity

My data is in a 10.2.2 geodatabase.

Running on a 10.1 ArcGIS Server.

Connected via a 10.1 Web Adaptor.

The Search by Activity isn't working.

Could this be due to the differences in versions?
