Is it possible to use spatiotemporal big data store without geoevent/geoenalytic server?
If so, what is the recommended method to read/write data to spatiotemporal big data store in this case?

While it is possible to manually create feature services that host their data in the spatiotemporal data store (related thread: https://community.esri.com/thread/226630-create-a-feature-class-in-spatiotemporal-data-store ), it is purposefully designed to work with ArcGIS GeoEvent Server, GeoAnalytics Server, and Mission Server, as well as the Location Tracking feature in a base enterprise deployment.
