Anonymous Access not available in Portal for ArcGIS 10.8 ?

Question

I am using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8 and I have simple map should view by public. Previous versions had anonymous access but not any more. I check the security  setting also it shows  "Allow anonymous access to your portal." ticked on and my portal content is already shared with Everyone option tick on and our portal is portal in built user account authentication (Not Windows single sign on)

What I am missing in here. why the application keep prompting to enter password ? (All services and map is public)

I am having the same issue. What access do you have on the IIS set at? It is showing as can't access survey/webapp or now it is showing "not webform" errors. Has this been fixed on you end. Thanks!

Has this been solved? One of our customers has the same issue. They had no issues with 10.6.1, but after upgrading to 10.8.1 there is not anymore anonymous access ... quite puzzling, because the environment did not change, only the application version.
