ArcGIS Online: How to enable “Analysis” tool in the “map viewer”?

I couldn’t figure out how to enable “Analysis” tool in the “map viewer”. In the screenshot below, as the map viewer is accessed by particular user, this tool disappears.

The viewer role doesn't have permission to do analysis by default.

you can create a custom role and activate analysts from the settings.

Hey Jamal NUMAN‌, what role does this user having in the ArcGIS Online organisation? The analysis tools will not be available unless the user is configured with a role that has permission to perform analysis. See User types, roles, and privileges—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation

The user has “viewer” as user type and role. But at which level of settings it is said that the “analysis” tool will not be available for users of “viewer” type?
