I was wondering whether there is any open source mapping (1:25k scale) of Northern Ireland?

It looks that your request for ‘open sources’ 1:25000 maps is not specified so that no replies are from the community.

It is nice to clarify:

1. Does ‘free’ Google Maps, Bing Maps or ArcGIS Online basemaps NOT meet your requirements for ‘open source’?  And/ or the accuracy of those ‘free’ maps is not
   sufficient for your applications? 
2. Or, are you planning to look for the general ‘free’ vector, raster imagery, or both/ either maps to be 'freely' used in your own applications, including managing in your server?
