I trying to calculate fractional vegetation cover from NDVI. I calculated NDVI but I don't know how can I extract NDVI soil or NDVI veg from my NDVI map to use formula.
Fc=(NDVI—NDVI soil)/(NDVI veg—NDVI soil)
