Conditional Formatting Example?

Does anyone have a good tutorial and/or example(s) of conditional formatting that can be applied to the Dashboard Indicator widget?

Just figured it out...I was overthinking it.  If you set a reference value (as the tutorial says) then it will present you an option/toggle for conditional formatting that has separate editors for high/low values from the reference.

I believe those widgets use a restricted form of HTML. There are some good examples here.
