The tutorial involves loading 3D layer of Philadelphia from ArcGIS online. While doing so, a username password is requested. I have a 21 day trial and insert that username and password but it says that it is incorrect.. why is it so?
Thank you Peter, I was able to get support from LearnArcGIS team for this. It wasn't about wrong username password combination - the layer is no longer available and hence I couldn't access it unfortunately. The team said that they will try to change the course content in the future - no solutions available for the time being...
Hi Arpit, if you browse to https://www.arcgis.com/ and select Sign in from the upper right hand corner, you are presented with a sign-in dialog that includes forgot username / forgot password options.
