I believe you have to wait version 3.2.1 (ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7 and Insights 3.2.1)

Just to add onto Panagiotis's reply, Insights for ArcGIS v3.2.1 is scheduled to be released mid-late April timeframe.

Insights 3.2 is compatible with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1, whereas Insights 3.2.1 is compatible with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.
