As stated, Can this application be configured to use Portal With SAML \ Oauth?
I'd like to deploy this using our Portal.

Yes, you should be able to configure this application with Portal using SAML. The application will still be using feature/map services whether it's using AGOL, ArcGIS Server, or Portal.
When I set my Portal URLs for the app, I get a blank map when I load the app in a browser. Also, I would expect a place to set my portal URL, app secret and app ID to register with Oauth. Are my assumptions wrong there?
I haven'te tested this app with Portal, yet, but I beileve you will need to update the proxy.config to supply the clientId and app secret. Ex:

Thanks, figured the proxy folder was only if you needed to use a proxy.
Ok, gave this a shot, and reloaded the app. It didn't help.
