How do I create a ruler/calibrated bounding box in Arcscene seperating different raster layer stacks?

I have attached a screen shot of raster layers meant to show different contaminant levels at different soil depths, I need to use anything like ruler or calibrated bounding box (showing vertical distance between the layers) to show the height/depth of the different layers in Arscene. Also, I will like to learn how I can horizontally shift/offset the layers so as to get a better view of them. Am working in arcscene/
