The scroll wheel has stopped working for me when I am viewing ArcGIS Online maps in Mozilla Firefox (version 71.0; supposedly up-to-date). It works fine in Chrome and IE. Did the new AGO rollout break the scroll wheel in Firefox?

This is indeed related to the ArcGIS Online release. Development is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.
