Portal Collaboration sync with registered data?

Question

Will a Portal Collaboration sync if the data being shared is referenced instead of copied to the Portal?

If not, how can we share registered data in a Portal Collaboration?

Hi Mike, yes, data will sync (stay up to date) if you share it by reference. Sharing by reference essentially creates an item that references back to the live data, so anyone you are sharing your data with sees the most up to date data.
