With browsers or ArcGIS Pro, do not need AD DS or AD FS. I do not want single sign on. Rather, I want to authenticate with the Portal user password after IIS client authentication.

Is there any good idea for using ArcGIS Collector or Survey123 with authentication of SSL Client Certificate over anonymous user on Windows Server ?
