How do I show an image when you select the combo box items?

I am developing a color rendering.

I want to make Such as  Color ramp rendering options in arcMap. 

I put the image on the combo box.

But I could not express when you select an item images.

How do I show an image when you select the combo box items? 

Is there a way or another?
