I have an application where there are multiple management offices at the same address. Of course when geocoded there are multiple points on the same spot. I want to do this kind of point clustering:
How would I go about doing it in Web Appbuilder?
If you are authoring and publishing the service, you could just use the collect events tool from the spatial statistics tool set. Use a graduated symbol and labels to accomplish this. If you have access to the ArcGIS Online analysis tools, you may be able to accomplish this using the aggregate points tool.

I am not aware on any thing in place to handle this. Think this would have to be custom developed.
