We have created a survey 123 survey that captures a signature. The signature is stored as a .jpg attachment. However, it doesn't show up when trying to download all the survey data to a sql database. Does anyone have a solution?

What method are you using to download the Survey123 feature service? Are you working with ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise?

FYI, ESRI tech support will not support the above method (despite ESRI publishing it).
