Not able to download ArcGIS API for Flex 3.1

Question

Hi:

I get redirected to an error page when trying to download. I sent an email to the Site Manager but get an out-of-office not returning til Dec 20th reply.

Can you look into this please?

I'm Using ARCgis API 3.1 in flash Builder 4.6 .... When i run the application, in google chrome i get a white screen with code Error #2148 . In fireFox I get a  PopUp " WIdgetManager Error #2035 ..... PLZ Can someone help me 🙂

Unfortunately there are some issues on our end that are affecting downloads. We are actively trying to get this resolved.
