Importing Zip Code Level Data

Good morning,

This is my first time using this program. I have zip code level data in excel I would like to import into my map as a layer. Is there a 'how-to' guide on how to do this? Thank you.

Is there any spatial data within this spreadsheet? Lat/ Long?

Tim,

No. I only have the 5-digit zip codes.

For the US you can download zipcodes here:
