Help - How can I add a WMS static legend to the Legend widget?

Does anybody has done it before, adding a WMS static legend in the Legend widget that show/hide if the layer is active or not in the TOC in Flex viewer 2.5? if yes, can you please give me any examples, ideas, etc. about it?
