When accessing map services in our web mapping applications, our iPad users have started receiving multiple authentication requests during a single session (since the upgrade to iOS 10.x). I came across this page today: http://server.arcgis.com/en/web-adaptor/10.3/install/iis/configure-arcgis-web-adaptor-memory-cache-options.htm and wondered if changing some of our out-of-the-box settings might help with this re-authorization problem. Has anyone changed the cache settings for the web adaptor? For those using the server instead of browser cookies, were there any negative effects on your server? Even if these settings don't resolve the multiple log-in requests, I'm curious about tweaking the default settings to optimize performance. Any info or insight on these cache options would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance,
Stephanie
