Histogram of raster values

Hi,

I am currently applying zonal statistics on raster images (showing temperature values).

I run the Zonal Histogram, which does create a table but not with the frequencies of my raster values, only stretched to the 8-bits image range : 1-256

Is there any way to create a nice histogram for raster values inside Arcmap?

What is your symbology? since it states that

If a layer is specified, then the layer's symbology defines the number of classes.

So if the symbology is stretched, try a unique value classification or something else.  

Also examine the number of classes you have, that could be an issue
