Stream Layer Widget

I'm trying to create a WebApp with the WebApp builder and cannot find the Stream Layer Widget. I saw the widget in a demo last week at the UC. Does this widget require a specific version of WAB?

The Stream Layer Widget was introduced in Version 1.2 of WAB which currently is only available on AGOL. The WAB Dev version of 1.2 should be available early August.
