Is there a way to hide empty values in a csv file in the pop up? I don´t want to have the attribute listed that has no value. How can I do this?

You can modify the popup to show only certain attribute fields, but this will show every value that this field contains.
Click on Content, click on the "..." on the feature you want to modify the popup and select "Configure Pop-up".
Yes, I did this, but in some cases, the value of the attribute is empty. And the Attribute should only be shown if it has a Value...
As far as I know, what you want to do is not possible.
