I'm not finding the ArcPad Data Manager Extensions when I select Customize > Extensions,
nor do I see the ArcPad Data Manager when I select Customize > Toolbars.
Which version of ArcPad do you have installed?

In the classroom, we have ArcMap 5 on Windows 7 Professional. This configuration supports ArcPad checkout and check-in. At home I installed ArcMap 5.1 on Windows 10. I do not find the ArcPad extensions.
