Open Data Pages 404 Error

Hi,

I'm working on creating 3 pages for our open data site. When I click "View Site" from the editor toolbar for any of the given pages, it gives me a 404 Error.

I tried just copying and pasting the below URL directly and it still gave me a 404 error.

I'm in Google Chrome.

Example: http://tnstateparks-tdec.opendata.arcgis.com/pages/apps

What am I doing wrong?!

FYI - I kept my browser up all day while working on other tasks and when I went to revisit this issue, suddenly it had resolved itself?? So... MORE MYSTERY, but yay?
