Android Application setup problem in Galaxy S2

I have sample.apk file but can't running setup in my Galaxy S2 Device

W/ResourceType(1970): Failure getting entry for 0x010802c (t=7 e=704) in package 0 (error -75)

I have 4.1.2 version of android. Applications minimun requires 4.0.1 version for setup application.

Please specify which Android API level your device got.

Here Samsung I9100 Galaxy S II - Full phone specifications  I can see S2 also comes with Android OS, v2.3.4 (Gingerbread), Is it the case?

If this is not the case then you might check the sample.apk source.
