Licensing Issues

Question

I recently purchased personal use license.  I have installed ArcGIS Pro and cannot activate it.  I try to use the log-on method but it refuses to activate due to my account being Public.  I have read through some of the KB post but I still can not find a solution for me.

there should have been an activation email that you would have received that would allow you to set up your subscription
