I'm having an issue where if I refresh the browser, or close and reopen a web appbuilder 1.3 app, the map zooms to the last extent of the previous session rather than staying at the default zoom/extent. Anyone else seeing this?

This is not suppose to be an issue it is a new feature of the 1.3 Web AppBuilder.
