Cannot Add Georisques WMS to a map in ArcGIS Online

Hi,

I'm trying to add the following WMS service to a map in ArcGIS Online :

https://georisques.gouv.fr/services?&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.3.0&REQUEST=GetCapabilities

The request is working in my browser.

In ArcGIS Online, I get the error "The service '' does not exist or is unavailable"

The URL is formatted just as in the exemple for adding similar data in Esri online documentation :

Ajouter des couches à des cartes—Portal for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Enterprise

Did anyone had the same issue with a WMS service ?

Instead of the URL you give, try this one :

http://geoservices.brgm.fr/risques

If it works, it means that you have to use a mmore specific URL given here :

https://infoterre.brgm.fr/page/geoservices-ogc

This problem seems to be due to layers groups that are presents in the service. As mentionned in the page https://enterprise.arcgis.com/fr/portal/10.5/use/ogc.htm, those services are not supported.
