How do I convert Open Street map file (.osm file) into a Tile Package File (tpk)?

How do I convert Open Street map file (.osm file) into a Tile Package File (tpk)? Or is there a way I can load .osm file directly using the SDK.

Dear Vignesh,

You have to use ArcGIS Desktop in order to create a tpk file. As in your scenario, a number o times, I downloaded and symbolize OSM data from shapefiles, then shared map as a tpk file. There is no easier way, I am aware of. There is no option to consume a .osm file directly in ArcGIS Runtime.
