I went to open Operations Dashboard and it tries to update but fails. I've attached the log file produced when failing.
Any ideas? I've tried using a username with Admin rights and it also fails there too.
are you running IE10? I used to have the same problem (and other issues with ArcGIS Online etc.) - updated IE10 to IE11 and everything just works again... Not sure if this is what fixed my Operations Dashboard, but it certainly fixed all the other issues I was having connecting to ArcGIS Online.
