Pop-ups not updating

I added a few new date layers and uploaded to my gis server.  I was happy to see that the new layers came in with the same "formatting" and pop ups were already configured.  Yay for that!  BUT, I can't figure out why the new pop ups are NOT showing up on the map.  The points in the layers are shown and the data is in there (I can see it in the query) but I can't figure out how to update so they show up.  Here is a link to my map:  http://monwq.net/map.cfm   You can select/deselect the 6Jul11 date and the layer shows up, but if you click on the point to see the data, it refuses to show the new ones I updated (25May11, 9Jun11, 23Jun11, and 6Jul11).

Any suggestions??

I was able to click on the 6Jul11 point and see the popup. I did notice that the service is quite slow to respond. Is the attached screenshot what you are expecting to see?

I'm not sure why it's acting so slow....but the pop up is for the 12May11 sampling date.  For some reason it's not showing the recent ones (25May11 to 6Jul11) in the pop ups.

What I did was add the new data to my ArcMap via version 10 desktop then I restarted to GIS Server to accept those changes.  I was happy to see that it automatically configured my new dates with pop ups and formatting (decimal points, etc).  What I'm not sure about is how I get ArcExplorer to show the new stuff in the pop ups (actually showing data from those new dates).  It does show the new data in the query and in the legend the new 6Jul11 stuff is shown.  It's as if I need to "refresh" or "restart" something, somewhere for my new data to become fully functional.  Any ideas?  I did find this http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisexplorer/help/#/About_configuring_pop_up_windows/01560000000m000000/  BUT, I have no button for the "reset properties from the service" button....which I think is where my problem is.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.  Thanks for your time!
