is it possible to perform Geo referencing on Raster Dataset in ArcGIS run time.
Is it possible to provide any example. I would like to do it offline
There's no out-of-the-box georeferencing optio nin the Runtime. You could potentially build something yourself to calculate a "world file" for your image before adding it to the raster mosaic dataset or raster layer, but that would be a slightly involved process of obtaining control points in the map and image, and calculating the transformation using a least squares adjustment of those points. Doable but a slightly involved piece of work.
