Overwrite Hosted Feature Layer without being the 'Owner' of the Content

Hello,

Is there a way for a 'Publisher' within our ArcGIS Online organization to overwrite a Hosted Feature Layer, even if they are not the 'Owner' of this Hosted Feature Layer? If so, can multiple different Publishers have this capability for the same Hosted Feature Layer? I appreciate your time and help in advance.

Currently this isn't supported unless you are making a publishing call through the REST API. If this is something that you are still looking for, please submit an idea on the ideas site.
