Portal showing errors for Analysis and connecting to ArcGIS Online

Hi,

I have configured portal, with ArcGIS for Server as federated and hosting server with portal, I also configured data store after installing it , when I run the analysis it shows an error " Create Service exception ' Exception: connect to host timed out'" , why is that happening ?

Also when I connect to ArcGIS online it gives another error.
