To remove powered by esri logo

What is actually causing the logo to appear?
I am using api and base map from esri's server ! How can i remove it.. ?
How do i eliminate this dependancy?

Display the esri logo on the map. The default value is true.

You can set false

map = new esri.Map("map", {    extent: initExtent,    logo:false  });

   Apply the style to map

         .map .logo-med, .map .logo-sm {
             background-image: url("http://mapserv.utah.gov/CDN/images/agrc_map_logo_small.png") !important;/*your logo */
             border:0;
