How to add table columns value in the Text element, Map Layout View through ArcPy

Hi Everyone,

               Could you please help me to add column value of table(Non-spatial) data into the text element of the map document and print a pdf file.   

Table data will be like below screenshot.

Map Layout view will be like below screenshot:
