In ArcGIS Pro i can link a 3D scene and a map so they have the same center and scale; when i move one the other one follows; is there a way to share this kind of interaction in a web app?.Thaks.
There is currently not a web app available that does this. You can check out our developer samples like this one if you can build your own solution.
